What this website collects

This website has no accounts and no server-side forms, and it does not store what you type. The Book a ride form writes a message on your own device and opens WhatsApp. Nothing is sent to us until you press send inside WhatsApp.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not follow you from site to site. On your device, the site saves your language and accessibility choices so they are remembered. That information stays on your device.

Information you send us

If you call, message or email us, we use what you tell us to arrange your ride, such as your name, phone number, pickup, drop-off and the date and time.

Please do not send medical details by WhatsApp or email. We only need the pickup, the drop-off, the date and time, and whether a wheelchair is needed.

WhatsApp is a service of its own company, and its privacy policy applies to messages you send through it.

Sharing

We do not sell your information.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete information you have shared with us by calling or emailing us. You can clear the saved language and accessibility choices by clearing this site's data in your browser.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
